Manufacturing Excellence Through MES

In 2022 we deployed a full MES (Manufacturing Execution System) across all production lines. Every roll of film, every printing job and every pouch is tracked digitally from raw material receipt to final shipment.

This system gives us — and our customers — three key advantages:

  • Full traceability: every batch can be traced back to its raw material lot within minutes
  • Consistent quality: process parameters are locked digitally, eliminating operator variance
  • On-time delivery: live production scheduling keeps orders on track and alerts managers to any delay immediately

Quality Control Process

Each order passes 3 inspection gates: incoming material inspection, in-process sampling every 2 hours, and 100% outgoing check on sealing and printing. Our lab is equipped with oxygen transmission rate testers, heat seal testers and tensile strength machines.
