Flexible Packaging Roll Film - Custom Printed Laminate is printed roll stock engineered for vertical form-fill-seal (VFFS) lines packing dry and semi-liquid food.
For dry and semi-liquid food on fast lines, the food-grade PET/PE multilayer web is specified for pinhole-free barrier and stable sealing.
Every roll film is made to order. You choose size and shape, print method (gravure or digital, up to 10 colours), surface finish (gloss, matte or soft-touch), closure (heat-sealed fin closure) and options such as a transparent window, one-way valve or spout. Our engineering team supplies free dielines and proofs so the artwork fits the roll film perfectly before production.
